Welcome to Just Joy Custom Prints. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Just Joy Custom Prints (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Just Joy Custom Prints”).
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.
1. About Our Products
Just Joy Custom Prints offers custom and pre-designed printed products, including apparel and other personalized or printed items.
Many of our products are printed or prepared specifically according to the selections made by the customer at the time of purchase.
Because products may be made specifically for each order, all sales are final, except where an item arrives damaged or we make an error in fulfilling your order, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Product Information and Images
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, designs, colors, sizes, and images as accurately as possible.
However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your computer, phone, tablet, monitor, or other device settings. Minor differences between the product image displayed on your screen and the actual printed product do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product images may also be digital representations or mockups and may not always reflect the exact appearance of the final physical product.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information at any time.

When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when necessary, including in situations involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inventory or production issues, pricing errors, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide any refund that is required or appropriate under the circumstances.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed.
We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, and availability at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and processed, except where required to correct an obvious pricing or listing error.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We will process and ship orders according to the processing and shipping information provided at the time of purchase.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the applicable shipping carrier.
Just Joy Custom Prints is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, service interruptions, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to receive the product you ordered in good condition.

If the issue is confirmed to be the result of an error by Just Joy Custom Prints, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement.

7. All Sales Are Final
Because our products may be printed specifically according to the customer's selections, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise stated in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy or where a refund is required by applicable law.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because of:

8. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Just Joy Custom Prints website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, artwork, designs, photographs, product descriptions, text, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Just Joy Custom Prints unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use our designs, artwork, branding, or website content without our prior written permission.
9. Customer-Submitted Content
If we offer products or services that allow customers to submit their own text, images, artwork, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use and reproduce that content.
By submitting content to Just Joy Custom Prints, you represent that:
